I'm currently looking to launch a number of sites across the U.K. and we are actively hunting for landowners.

Here's our criteria;

• Sites large enough to accommodate a minimum of 5 well spaced units, with our sweet spot being land capable of accommodating 10-20 units
• Picturesque locations with near uninterrupted views
• Close to a tourist hotspot (Coastal, National Parks or ease of access from major cities etc)
• Comfortable with the long lease agreement to make the project viable

With this model, we supply the units and fund the groundworks, with a financial agreement to support both parties.

We also support landowners who wish to fund/asset finance projects themselves but are unsure how to run a staycation business. We work with you to source the ideal units for your land and then manage the cabins for you on a commission agreement offering a significant improvement on agricultural returns, clearing investments in 18 months.
