For a man who now has more employees in Asia and South America than the uk where wages are cheaper and he lives in Switzerland , you do wonder what his motives are for this letter and wanting out of the Eu .

I think he wrote the letter very well, not threatening at all to his employees and it sounds very fair.

The other company on the remain camp with 100,000 employees IMO sounded quite threatening. I don't agree with a board of directors casting their opinion on an employee paid the minimum wage.
