From what I read the man has developed a business selling small amount of cheese gift wrapped, hampers etc. Over the xmas period I purchased for family and clients a few packs of Inverawe Salmon, similarly packaged - small sums around £40 each. Thus is entrepreneurial. And adds considerable value to a relatively low value product such as cheese. And based here in UK. How odd you say good riddance. A bizarre comment.
