Lorry brakes slow to enage Iveco 100-13

Afternoon, we have an old lorry on the farm just to drive around fields for bales. She's in good condition but just noticing the brakes are getting slow to engage. Slow count to five after pressing the pedal, or I need to pump them occasionally. We know nothing about lorries, but I assume that would be a leaking airline? brake fluid levels are fine. If it is the lines, how do you go about tracking it down? independent circuit for front/rears, parking brake holds fine.

Cheers, James

Now Then,,,
I can't find any pictures of that model of truck. How about a pictures and some details of age etc??
You say it has brake fluid?? Does the brake pedal operate an air valve which in turn operates hydraulic cylinders?? Or, is there a master cylinder which then operates an air valve elsewhere??
Look underneath at the brakes, are they drums or discs, are they operated by fluid or air??

If it's got brake fluid chances are it's servo assist, as stated check all brake linkage, you must have a gauge in cab either to tell you what vacuum or pressure you have with engine running, once at mark should only drop slightly when pumping brakes with engine running, if it don't or takes a very long time, sounds like pump getting worn.
