Our sheds are 8m to eves - a arctic tipper can get almost to full height under that, certainly enough to get any load off

Ok doke! Sounds good. just need to find a door that can cope with being 8m high, 4 m wide and handle the wind load!

we have some 20ft roller shutters that do just that !

need to be insulated at that width though to reduce flex so they stay in the tracks when the wind blows and make sure guide tracks are wide to stop wind popping the door out

on our workshop we have secional roller shutters they are much stronger but can restrict tipping height in a shed

Go 9m to the eves and you will be tipping comfortably. Have not had one yet that could not tip fully. Have a roller door that's 9m high and 6m wide and don't have trouble with it.

Is that assuming tipping in the middle of the store?

they buildings are 100ft span so as the roof rises quickly away from the eves you can get an artic body full height anywhere but right at the edges, even at the edges 8m is enough for anything but a very sticky load of fiberphos etc to slide out of a artic body ok

Are they 8 or 8.5m? Here you said 8.5m.

What is it your wanting to tip in your sheds it’s fine line in wasting money going to high unless you’re using xtra height for storage
I be been getting sheds built to7.5 metres to eaves but that’s just for storing grain mostly
Plus can’t get grain much deeper than 7.5 metres deep

Intend to tip dry grain in it. How deep can you store and condition dry grain with pedestals?

I’ve 50and 60 ft wide sheds and run two 400mm? twin wall pipes from the back wall down the shed with fans outside
Try to get grain/osr 25+ft deep
Single phase Fans just for keeping grain cool/conditioned
