Hello all,

Loss meter on the T34X doesnt work, when we first got it the needle on the guage would go to maximum and then back to 0 when turned on, the dealership chap took the box out and did something, put it back in and said he didnt know if it would work or not but would be worth a go, now it does nothing at all. Im wandering if there is a loose connection somewhere? Can you get new loss meters for these combines? should have 3 different sensors so i cant think they would all be broken. want to try to fix it myself because i dont really want to have the dealership out again paying the chap 40 quid an hour to not fix the problem! Any suggestions?

Does altering the sensitivity dials do anything to it?

Our old tx66 sensor was bad for breaking wires so I would try to check them first. The walker sensors went where the wires bend. The big seive sensor went at a cable bend and along the side (mice)
They were just 2 core wire. Joined with crimps.
You can test the sensors by tapping them with a small spanner and have someone watch the meter

On closer look I think the seive sensor works as when I have that one on the needle moves a tiny tiny tiny bit when I fiddle with the sensativity knobs, with the others switched on it does nothing. Could just be some kind of feedback through it though

Do they make new boxes for them? Or is there a good breakers I can go to? Need a new cab air filter as well as it has a small hole in, they don't make them any more...
