Yes it is. Will get between 1.4p to 6.7p to the pound:cry:. Meanwhile Grant Thorntons costs are currently around £350000 which are guaranteed obviously. Someone please explain this to me as I'm not sure I'm living on the same planet anymore.:scratchhead:
What have they done to earn £350,000? Charge out at £500 per hour? Total bound to increase.

The creditors list unfortunately doesn't show up is secured and who isn't. Rbs certainly are, as I presume are finex. I hope the merchants on there have insurance. Notice no glencore gledell openfield etc.

Is it a public list then? Somehow doesn't feel that it should be.

I think HMRC are the first takers before anyone else.
Another Question then if turnover was 86M in my books that is one heck of a large tonnage 780K! and how can HMRC be owed the amount if there is no real profit. Was it 200K? that even at 30% tax only makes 60K/ year dose that mean they haven't paid tax for 3 years and would that mean there accountants would now be investigated?

Sorry but to my mind the only people that need to see the list are the people that are involved. Anyone else seeking it out just so they can laugh at their neighbours that have suffered. That is just wrong.

Is it not in law to publish said list?

May be handy to know if your about to deal with someone who has taken a knock on this?
