LPG or oil for new boiler

What about anthracite grain hopper boilers. The tenants can buy 1 bag or 1 ton of fuel as suits them. If you’re renting it out the price of gas, oil, or economy 7 electric is not your concern

Guessing you don't have many tenants.

The first thing mine want to know after rent is heating costs and council tax. The running cost of the heating system you put in to your tenants property could easily have a direct relationship to how long they stay and th conditions it's returned to you in.

No I don’t have property or anything like that. Only knew when son was renting the landlords did nothing and charged a fortune, then used every trick in the book to keep their deposit when they left. Even though I decorated it and it was 100% better then when they moved in. All the other properties to rent were take it or leave it, there is plenty of people who will.
