Don't know the technical name for it, but I do know if you loosen the jam nut and back the screw out several rounds it you should get a few more ponies.

That’s what I was afraid of, we ran it out of diesel and dad thought it was a bleed screw, ive had it started since then and was running it with revs on and knocked the hand throttle back a bit fast and it cut out, I’ve bled fuel to the injectors but it won’t start, dad thinks there isn’t enough smoke coming out of the exhaust as though it’s not getting enough fuel I just wondered if messing with that screw has restricted the amount of fuel going through
