From memory (have the multi-button control now) it's the RH 2 of the 4 at the same time to start the floor. But it won't start, or start briefly and stop, if the beater isn't going. Should flash E on the display.

Have a raptor here, has anyone ever cut a slot underneath to let the crap out. Baler man didn’t lift pickup so a few small stones getting caught where it comes round at door. Have to clean it out by hand, which is not handy

Probably nothing like the castor but on ours it's doubled skinned under the chain wheels and joins to one as it gets up under the tailgate pivot.

a note to anyone on maintenance: a slice of 50mm mdpe pipe makes the perfect bush for those back rollers on the castors.

Must be a shear bolt broken !

so just checked again this morning, the fan that blows out the straw is coming on with the pto but the rotar with the knives isnt

Open door on left of machine,. check chain, the put shear bolt on front sprocket and test

Isn't the feed rotor driven by oil on the castor?

Shearbolt on front sprocket, you might be lucky and the previous owner may have left the rack full of new shearbolts ready for you to use, will be under the screen slightly to the right.

Could have a sticky button. Our bed drive on/off button gets a bit random and needs replacing every now and again. Easy to replace for a couple of quid yourself

thanks, mine is the smaller controller than that, only 5 buttons on front and 1 underneath I think
