That was at Adderbury, just up the road. On a junction controlled by lights.
Load was mainly restrained by straps by looks of it. Daughter saw it ongoing, plenty of police and emergency services present....
Lucky escape indeed.

And another one (Taken from a Facebook group posted yesterday).

I can truthfully say without exaggeration that Sonny and I, and a young pedestrian couple with their newborn baby in a pram narrowly escaped with our lives this evening as a youngster driving a speeding tractor lost control in the centre of Narberth. As he skidded around a corner and hurtled across the road towards the young family, who had to literally run for their lives, Sonny and I sat, helpless, as his trailer skidded straight towards us and overturned, thankfully stopping just short of our car. I wonder how that young man would have felt if he'd wiped out three adults and two young children this evening?
Every day I see youngsters driving tractors at an alarming speed and tonight I saw first hand what happens when they lose control. We were all terrified. When are they going to realize that they are driving heavy, dangerous machinery and it's their responsibility to keep the rest of us safe? Thanking the universe tonight that nobody was hurt..

MOTs for tractors and trailers are on the way, followed by tachos, followed by more rigorous driving tests akin to HGVs. I'd bet money on it.

While it’s very likely it’s something I dread. As when I did my car trailer test, I’d been driving the cattle trailer round the farm for approx 16 years that’s not the issue I can do it, but doing it right, under test conditions is horrible and stressful.

A trailer test for tractors will likely be equally as thorough and involve “hitching up” no doubt in a totally impractical fashion.

There’s a big difference between doing a bit in the home farm where if you go flat stick dads likely to issue a proper bollocking to when there out with a silage gang when there pushed to go harder most the time it’s no different to the young lad at the back of the bikers trying to keep up with more experienced riders it’s usually them who comes unstuck
