Sale starts at about 9.30 ,to be sure not to be sold at beginning or end you need to be there before 7 I think,but as long as you get there before they start you will be fine

Not many farmers in Devon get up by that time...are they sold in pens or put through a ring how do they weigh them all so quickly?
Everything is sold in pens around here, lambs go into a weighbridge and out the other side into pens as you unload , I've never sold in ludlow but there's normally 2 going at any time in welshpool, as long as there's enough drovers about they can weigh a lot of sheep pretty quickly

Lambs straight off trailer onto weighbridge at Ludlow then penned up. Usually plenty of staff about and room to draw before weighing if you want to . All then sold in the pens .....very quick

Not me for sure ,but in the peak time (June and July)when lambs are been drawn out of more than one group off milk I think some of the keen ones must not go to bed
