I reckon people who drink a lot of tea don't get over weight either

trouble is too much and yer pishing all the time :ROFLMAO:

fish and chips is far too heavy , unless its like a small portion, which is suffiecient for most people sitting on a seat anyway during the day fall asleep at the wheel after that sort of blow out ,but actually too heavy for most manual jobs as well i find.

probably depends how much cake & biscuits they eat with it 🤣

but yes, drinking a lot of water or tea will minimise the hunger pangs, so less likely to snack all day . . .

I think I’ve mentioned before about my Council job, how we are supposed to have a 45 minute lunch break ( for fatigue / WHS reasons etc etc ), but P & G get away with only 15 min because we are a small department & don’t want to stop.
Had a training day today, with catered smoko & lunch. Lunch was sandwiches, but WAS 45 min. After eating too many sangers & doing nothing for 45 min, we found it hard to get back into it & concentrate for the afternoon session

Does that cook (from raw) or just keep warm??
Iv cooked pork loin steaks, sausages, lamb grills and steak etc etc from frozen. Somethings may take up to an hour and a half but when your in it all day non stop it’s easy. You’ll need a 30a supply though and don’t use a cigarette lighter cable wound up you’ll be surprised the current it draws.
