Lwc bucket brush

Anyone running an Lwc bucket brush, had mine just on 12 months, and the brush segments are falling to bits, leaving clumps of bristles on the floor everywhere, anyone else having this problem ?
I will give my dealer a ring next week, but just thought I'd ask here first.

Is the inner hub steel, our sutton shed bristles when old and hub was rotten, but old being 4 to 5 years.

New brush has plastic hubs about 4 years old and still fine

I would imagine the brush is to aggressive on the floor, could the bracket s be altered..

Running about an inch below the lip of the bucket.

Anyone had these apart ?
Need to take it to bits to fit new brush segments. I'm assuming the motor is on a keyway on the brush shaft, should I be able to undo the two bolts holding the motor to the brush body and slide the motor off ? The motor is on tight and not moving so I thought I'd ask before getting the BIG hammer out.

motor is normally on a quick conect drive connection, on our last one it was simply a square over a square, key way etc stays on motor no need to mess with that

So in theory the motor should just pull off after unbolting it from the body ?

sorry late reply, ..take of the bearing not the motor end, brush rotor should fall down then, bearing if damaged is cheaper than attacking the motor end. we ended up tack welding bearing the shaft after it kept slipping on grub screw, easy to grind off again for dismantling
