No rain please until Thursday. Good crop for 900 ft and grazed with sheep over winter.

It looked like it was going to be mainly in the west and only showers our side of the country. Will get it picked up sometime, always do.

With the way the forecast looks down here we will just have to get on and cut, unsettled and we get 1/2 medium showers every day, they don't do any good yet stop us from cutting and it looks no better for the next two weeks.

You defo made the right call in cutting this week.
 
I was going to plough up some Fastgrass for stubble turnips but changed mind and ferted it
5 or 6 yrs ago we ploughed a field early June and puddled stubble turnips in !!
Not wanting that to happen again so will leave it till August and try and get reseed in then
