Too wet to even get the muck on yet, as @Wilberforce says, its now wetter than its been all winter( and that's saying something). First priority will be getting a fungicide and some fertiliser on wheat and barley. The maize can wait until the second week of may, as I'm fed up of early drilling, only to see it struggle to get going.

My own thermometer says 6 degrees. One chap who grows some for me has a field at 8. These cold days and nights I'm in no hurry. Still 70 ac to plough and 20 of that needs the grass off first.
