20t of fym, 15m3 of digestate per acre as close to planting as poss, some micro granular down the spout at planting and that is ii.
18.5t/acre over the weighbridge 30% dm this year, all Glory planted 1st june
Do you apply the digestate before cultivation or after?

You must put DAP or similar under the seed. 40-50kg/acre.

Around here the fields are so lashed with FYM and slurry I wouldn't bother with any additional nitrogen. A maize crop that is short of N P or K will be acutely obvious to even a holiday maker passing by it. I can think of only a few times I have seen a genuine deficiency like that. I had customers who would put on nitrogen religiously but I could never see any benefit from it.

Soil test your fields, apply the slurry or what have you and make up any shortfall of P and K ahead of time. Where none is required, go with just the 40-50kg of DAP.

Those little seminal roots need to find phosphate very very early on or you will be in a world of hurt, especially in a cool damp season.

That microgranular stuff is the biggest con going. Wouldn't bother with it.

Not convinced the UK has explored the impact of seed rates fully as yet but would go with a variety that was a minimum of an 8 in maturity but preferably a 10.
