What is problem with manitou 526 in 4 wheel steering position when the front wheels are straight ahead and the rear wheels are pointing left
The wheels are corrected but it’s not long before the same thing happens again
Our 1300hr 2019 manitou is a lot worse for this than the 1996 5000hr one we haveWe have to correct ours multiple times a day, both our 2018 and 2023 manitous have done it.

Check it's hitting all the steering stops evenly.
Gotta love manufacturers accepted tolerancesThat’s actually a very good point! I will be doing the same with ours. Lloyd’s said they had taken feedback from a lot of customers about it back to manitou and been told “it should be part of the users daily checks to realign the wheels”
Which would be fine but it goes out of sync several times a day.
I would have thought your better starting again on this. I would align wheels straight, back off all stops except 1, turn wheels until just contacts stop, back off until get feeler gauge in, then set all stops to same clearance. That’s actually a very good point!
