In the middle.
This manitou starts of fine for about 10 mins cutting silage and moving bales. Then all of a sudden the engine pre heat fault indicator light will start flashing followed by engine oil pressure lamp flashing on and off then engine stop lamp. Oil and filter were changed by dealer 120hrs ago and level is correct. Any idea what may cause this before I have to get the dealers to it?

Ah ok, customer had one sieze up end of last year! after major rebuild and head scratching i'm confident its now sorted.

part of the rebuild was a new timing case cover and oil pump as its all one part, in the cover was a new relief valve. SO when it was finally all rebuilt, new crank, conrods, turbo, EGR cooler and lots of other bits discovered it had low oil pressure at tick over. at first this was a mystory but my guy figured out there was a second relief valve!

the new PRV in the timing case is the high pressure one, there is another looks very similar next to the oil filter and this one is the low pressure PRV, supplied him a new low pressure PRV and retested oil pressures and seems to have fixed it but that PRV valve cost the customer thousands of pounds and months with out a machine as deutz took ages to supply the parts.

Anyway hopefully not your problem but one to look out for! customer did say after that light was noticed on random occasions at idle but after the rebuild we only knew it had low pressure cause it was manually tested, wasnt throwing any warning lights on at all!

you can access the error codes on the dash but there might be more than one so need to cycle through them all, there is also 2 ecu's to read, one for machine and one for engine.
All done by pressing button on the dash to cycle though, think you have to do a long press (3's?) first to select the ecu.
