Manitou 735 3rd service /telescopic

Hi all and the @ACEngineering ;-) we have a problem with the 3rd service and telescopic on our 08 735 when machine is cold or not used for a while the above don't work just seems completely dead the only thing that appears to wake it up is holding 3rd service/locking pin forward after a few seconds I can hear it working then it needs to be kept forcing for 15/20 seconds then usually all is fine if not repeat !! And it's getting a little tiresome !! Any ideas ?? Many thanks

solenoid valve failure is most common IMO, you could replace the pilot oil filter sits on top of hyd tank near main return filter, they don't normally block but if they did you would loose Aux and extension services only.

I suspect you will have to end up changing the solenoids though
