Manitou 735 handbrake adjustment.

As above ,I have used all the handbrake adjustment up on the the lever itself and it wont hold any more,is there any other adjustment that can be made please .thanks in advance.

No idea on a Manitou but can you get a pic up of the disc and caliper setup? I assume it’s on the prop? They usually have a cam arm that you can move around

The hollow dowels the caliper mounting bolts go through will be seized in the caliper, strip it off and clean it up and re grease it.

unscrew the handle in the cab, then adjust the centre bolt in the caliper to tighten the pads up, fine tune the adjustment on the handle.

i have pad kits in stock on special offer.
