Would these go on a 2018 630 and do they have the day running side lights that are always on?

They will bolt straight on yes, they are universal so can be altered to a rear mounting like JCB or a vertical mount like manitous.
They are wired for a JCB so to fit a manitou you need to swap the earth wire in the machine loom to the blanked off hole in the loom plug, which is dead easy to do.
As for day runing side light i no idea, want aware manitou had started fitting them IMO, i would assume that is done via the machine rather than the head lights? if you just have the standard Hella headlight manitou have used for the past 12 year or so then it shouldnt be a problem? Unless it has a bulb out sensor, that might affect it as i dont know if resisters are fitted to compensate for the lower power draw.
Resister is fitted to the indicators cause they flash at the normal speed.
