You would think with gps ,satellite, cameras everywhere and then lock down , movement restrictions, less traffic about ,it would be a non starter to steal anything and move distances???

Roads very quiet, no hold ups, police mostly in towns/cities checking on lockdown or clapping on a Thursday, tractors been about non stop during lockdown. Sounds an ideal time but agreed re the cameras, they are everywhere.

They had some curtainsiders parked in a lay-by not too far away, and at 3am there are lorrys in all directions.
This is exactly what they did here. Curtainsider parked up in the old gravel workings entrance out of site, and it was a 5 minute dash at 3am from the dealer's yard to the lorry. Off down the dual carriageway in a couple of minutes and away. Same modus operandi at sister's local dealer near Oxford last year, but they got the tractor stuck in a ditch while crossing a field.:(

Like the Wild West, but with the good guys neutered.
The men behind this are living in the posh houses in London, with the Governments blessing and collusion.
We live on an island ffs, this would not happen if the will was there to stop it.
