Should i be worried? I dont know of its new. I only hear it outside and very rarely stand outside with pto running for obvious reasons.
Oil is ok and only sounds bad like this when at low revs.

No... Is it gears floating and not meshing properly under zero load. Then when under load they mesh properly?

That would concern me. It should run quiet. Not totally quiet maybe but certainly not that noisy, assuming that the video is representative of the actual noise.
It may be a bearing or bush that has failed or one of the gears that has damaged teeth, or the teeth may be excessively worn through the hard surface. I'd want that seen to because even though I believe "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", in this case perhaps "a stitch in time saves nine".

Has it got two speed or economy pto? If so that sounds normal to me, it should be quiet under load though.
So you think it normal for MF tractors to sound like a bag of nails mixed with empty tin cans played through an amplifier to a boombox?
A slight rattle yes, but I don't think that is normal and neither does the original poster or he wouldn't have asked.

Proceedure to remove this? I dont want bits of bearing dropping down
If bearings are well knackered they will be in bits. However, pull the bolts off aound the top link and there is a pipe there for the shaft brake that needs removing. Take it off and iirc the bearing and shaft will come away with the housing. This will give you a big hole to check the condition of other bits. I see you have got that far in the video. Not sure about that play you see, because the rear bearing should hold it steady when in place.

Can i pull this shaft out amd hold onto bearings
That's the problem, bound to be. But check all the other parts while you are in there. As you see, these tractors are very easy to access. The forward shaft goes straight into the PTO clutch. The brake for that shaft, as you will have seen, is right at the very rear and dead simple and wear free. The whole shaft should come straight out of the hole at the rear. Give it a go.

OK yes I'm sorry I shouldnt have bothered replying. I'm watching a video, I'm not on site examining the machine. The original poster said he did not know how long it had been going on. Two speed PTO is operated through a dog clutch which rattles when not under load. My 3060 has sounded EXACTLY like that from new 10000 hours ago.
