    Hi all I have just brought a Massey 35 with 3 cylinder Perkins with a cracked block what other bigger engines fit

    Are you prepared to lengthen the bonnet and radius arms for a 4 cylinder? If not,an AD 3.152 from a 135,148 or 550 or Leyland 245 will fit and give a little more power. Or an engine from a MF 360. Still the same 3 cylinder, only turboed giving 60hp. Probably hard to find though.

    I know where there is a Perkins 4236 perfect starter runner has this been fitted in a 35

    Anything will fit if you are prepared to modify enough
    I'd suggest welding the cracked block first

  6. how bad is damage? I would assume you bought it cheap
