if your tractor has an auxilliary pump fitted i would try to source the parts from a breaker, doubt you will. get anything genuine new. you will need spool block, levers and pipes. it will be easy to fit after you have remove the seat floor. you could by a new generic spool block and make pipes and brackets yourself. if it hasn't got an auxilliary pump the it wont be as user friendly as you wont be able to use the link arms and spools at the same time although that depends on what you intend doing with it.

I installed a Walvoil spool block in my 590, scroll down that page:

That is with auxiliary pump and now there is one pressure hose from aux pump and other pressure hose from linkage pump through 3-way selector valve. If not aux pump, then there is only linkage pump available and you must choose with the selector valve if you use the rear lift or the spools.

More original style solution would be to use Kontak sectional valve board.

Do you need a two way spool valve (for a double acting ram) or just a pressure pipe you can control, for example to tip a trailer?

I really like your website, it is very interesting and some useful MF information there.

I have some ex MF Kontak valves here somewhere that I could be persuaded to part with - I think they came out of 600 series so should be okay for the 500s. Downside is that the animals that "disassembled" the tractors weren't light handed & I think that they might be missing the levers etc. I'll have a look see in a day or two.

If you have no aux pump (pipes coming out left hand side cover under floor plate) then you need a "flick valve" on the pipe coming from the main pump that will lock the arms and divert the oil to the spools. This valve fits where you will find a cover on the very top lid right hand side held on with two bolts.

Just an example
