Hi, massey 6465 (tier2) started losing power while plowing. Starts and Revs fine to about 1500rpm but above that it starts sputtering and run rough
I already changed fuel filters and checked transfer pump which seemed fine. Had error codes 174,1077 and 723 last year but those do not show on dash now?

Check the 90 degree fitting going into the filter head from the tank. Also strip and clean that filter head. Both known for blocking up

Yes, that was it. Got the tractor working, and thank you ih1455xl for the earth points, i have to check them, wish i could find proper workshop manual.
I need to clean the tank, hopefully not diesel bacteria

The Bosch electronically governed injector pump on these will ultimately fail. If all other diagnostics fail to sort this issue and the tractor has done 5000+ hours, start to suspect the pump. However…. do not rush to remove it and send it away for reconditioning. I have seen several examples where insulated wires inside the pump head have rubbed together and started to short circuit, causing the engine to lose power and revs for short periods until eventually nearly all power is lost. Simply insulating those fine wires in the top of the pump sorts this issue out. I’m fairly sure that many of these Bosch pumps are sent to be repaired at vast expense when the issue is as above and cheaply resolved if only they knew.

^^^ what he said. It will be the pump or psg at fault.

Couple more questions, when i start the tractor there is brief growling noise from the hydraulics. Is this something to worry about? Could come from booster/charger pump?
Also when linkage is in the anti bounce position linkage shakes briefly?
