Massey Ferguson 130 - hydraulic lift.

Good morning,

3 years ago let's say I renovated hydraulic system.

a) oil change
b) seal on the piston replaced
c) filter under PTO replaced
d) hydraulic manifold checked (one of the small pistons inside got stuck).

Now I can see that lifter has issues with more heavy loads. I cannot lift 200-300kgs. If the oil is warmer, it's getting worse. Without the load the lift arms go to the given position.
When it's loaded, I need to press gas pedal.

My questions:

1. Pomp needs to be renovated?
2. Emergency valve needs to be replaced?
3. There is a scratch on the cylinder inside that provides a leakage for the oil when the pressure is higher?
4. All above?

I've read in manual that in 0 point (triangle between end of the arm and pull rod) the max capacity load is 1000KG that's incredible I cannot use it in my MF.

Can somebody help me please?

I think 130 has a gear pump rather than the usual ferguson piston pump. Gear pumps are more prone to wear. From description of higher revs needed and worse with warm oil I would suspect the pump.

There is: I have a 130 myself and have changed the filter
It is located on top of the top cover under the front of the seat.
Undo the two bolts labelled A on the diagram and lift the whole assembly off.

I can see also on this diagram there is a filter after the pump.

But in my case it's only filter below PTO and the pomp.
Then it goues stright to the manifold (bloc verin-distributeur).

This is where a selector valve for trailer tipping etc would be fitted, the long bolts suggest one has been fitted in the past and now removed, presumably along with the filter housing.

The 50 bar pressure you are getting sounds low, 150 -170 would be more like it?
