Unbelievable where prices have gone. Back in 2015 when I was looking at 6290s they were making 20k and under, 20k for a good one. Ended up with a very nice tier 2 6480 for less than 20k. Made more money sitting doing nothing than it did working🤣

I paid less than ÂŁ17k for my 6290 with 3000hrs on back in early 2000s.

Exactly as you say - not really lost a penny on it other than the fact money isn't worth what it was then.

Everything, was the main steed at one time. Round Baling, ploughing, powerharrow, corn leading, straw leading. Eventually it ended up on a knight front and back tank sprayer combo. Their machines are looked after but they have to work. The round bailer was a belt nh, one of the first yellow ones.
Thanks. We got a claas 250 rotorfeed baler the 6255 should have enough power to drive that shouldnt it?

Don’t stress about the hours, look for oil leaks, water leaks and if it’s together - everything else, leaks included can be fixed. At end of the day if you buy a thing and allow 5k it still will buy feck all in the scheme of things..
