Is there any after market alternatives or any where to get a cheaper option as Massey are really having a laugh for a bit of cheapo plastic.
Many thanks

Is there a suction diaphragm on the fuel pump on a 6290 that could be split as this one seams very flat in power below 2000 rpm so could this be split?
Or anything else to look for for a power drop?

Any one have any idea what this solinod/sensor (left of blue crimp spade)f the bottom of the injection pump runs? Seams to be no power to it. Could it be an excess fuel device for cold starting?

Wire was off but it couldn't make any difference to power?

Temp sender in timing case normally. Has power feed to it via a T off the power feed to fuel run solenoid. When engine is about 50deg C the temp sender switches power off or on. I cant recall which way it is but something tells me it switches it off? I know the next series of engine 1100 is oposite to the older 1000 series.

It only really makes a noticable difference if its very cold to the starting and cold running. Normal weather probably not even notice it.
