Massey Ferguson 8130 link arm fault

Recently our 8130 has been having intermittent faults on the lift/lower switches in the cab including toggle switch, and on the fender switches. It’s gone from doing nothing at all, to now only lifting. The lowering switches do nothing. Any advice on where to check first? Could it be poor connection? Is there a fuse inline?
Many Thanks

There is always a light on the exclamation mark when I operate the lift function. The light comes on the lifting arrow on the control panel, but not when I try to lower.

Probably the rocker switch, when there is say a position sensor, or a draught sensor pin problem etc. The warning light flashes a sequence ie 3 : 5 etc.. which can be referenced in the workshop manual. Try washing out the rocker switch with brake cleaner , wd40 etc.. see if if makes a difference.

How does that switch come out? On a 6180. Does it just pop out or do you go in from the back and take the panel off, I appear to have no power if it gets a knock the red light illuminates then goes off no lift to rocker switch or the rear puh buttons, I'm hoping its not a hunt the broken wire😭

Right so I had took the panel out with the controls on it initially when I moved the wiring looms power came back lights illuminated and rocker switch as well as rear buttons for puh worked then stopped again! I was unable to get any power back so anyone give me a pointer where to start. Would I need to strip the cable wrap off and start from there take all the cable panels out. Fuses in front are ok from what I can see I looked at the rocker switch took it out looked ok. I wouldn't have thought the switch would be the circuit break but is it possible?

Strip back the covers beside the seat and handbrake. The loom from lift controls goes down and there are some plug connections carrying power supply and earth connections etc. I had similar issues where the plug connections had corroded. I replaced the plugs. There is also a small in-line fuse in the same area.
