Massey Powerflow problem

Basically the auger fingers are getting hot and wearing, set in the samr position and not had problem before. The auger looks straight and finger bearings are good. At a loss as this a new problem over the last 150 acres..

Sliding along the shaft inside so rubbing on one side of the hole really hard?

I altered mine last season for linseed.
Wish I hadn't, wore the bushes like hell and knackered all the fingers.
Put it back to the more aggressive setting this year.

Thank you @Lincsman and @Badshot reckon on the finger holders and the and the guides being worn when compared to new. Only did the holders 1200 acres ago Never touched them on previous header over 2500 acres and actually took some off it as it is scrapped... Wondering if this one is running too fast
