What sort of temps are peeps using in C please, plenum temp and aimed for grain temp? I know not to cook them and it's a steady old process. Many thanks
From memory in our continuous flow drier we use approx 65c, fairly sure that's right.
But getting them properly cold afterwards is really important and can take sometime.
