A decent ram shop will do that in house. I have one local to me if your stuck.

As above, any decent hydraulic ram place will make you one.
For new HES Tractec May have something.
. I have bought transmission parts of them in the past and they are a good outfit.

There is also a guy on eBay who advertises new (old stock)telescoping rams. He may have something.
however a new ram and piston would probably be cheaper, definitely cheaper than a second hand ram with new seals.
