Having charging issues on my matbro. Alternator test good. All wires look good but won’t charge. Light in the cab is on/off at different times Pulled wiring out of the steering console and all looks ok. Any ideas or even a wiring diagram. Thx.

Now Then..
Which version of a 250?? There was the earlier one known as a '250 ITL', then the '250 Powershift Plus', then the '250 - 110'..
If you put a test light with the little bulb in from battery + to the charge light terminal on the alternator, this will bypass the machine wiring and prove the alternator good or bad.

There may be some large round plug connectors between the cab and machine harnesses which used to corrode, I'd look in those first.. 🤔🔎..

Also check inside the conduit that the harness runs in right round the engine, ours rubbed together, causing lights to flash and not charging, I found the problem inside the harness had all got hot and melted together, conduit was untouched on the outside, I chopped out the bad bits one by one and replaced with heat shrink to protect, it was then fine, but so easily could have gone up in flames!

I had problems with Terex 200 and it was the plug on the main loom just behind the cab on the joystick side
