They were making vegan bee 'hunny'.
Of course no bees were used in the making of the product. They used what looked like Rowan berries boiled to make them less toxic and poured off the remaining liquid which was basically like rasp jelly.
Then danced around with drums to bless the fruit trees for next crop. Nothing like a spot of wassailing.

Never watched it (thank God), but weren't bees exploited pollinating the fruit trees?!!
