It works ok but every few hundred bales it wraps around the rubber roller about 1/3 and a tiny bit ends up on the bale, very annoying when in hay like i was today, Any problem solvers out there.

my welger does this i now carry baby powder in the tractor and put some on everytime i change net. now this problem barely ever happens me.

I have heard of people doing this using talc powder, will give it a try.

Wash the roller with a can of fizzy cola . Sounds stupid I know but it really do work. Honest.

Clean it every night when you get home with power washer, the pollen makes it sticky.

I understand that might be a problem but why does the net wrap in the same place on the roller, could it be the knife leaving a straggly bit?

Could be not familiar with McHale system
Check cut on net
Check roll net even amount diameter
Net rol brake not tight enough?

Tried talk powder no good wd 40 helped the job.
