Hi. Sent me wrapper box away for repair but since its come back I cannot get the remote to link with the box. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Tried the simple things like changing battery in remote. Played with menu on control box but nothing's seems to get it working. Thanks

Probably should say everything on control box works. Just can't get remote to work.

Infra red or radio remote?
If it’s radio remote it will need re linking as box will probably been factory reset so memory will have been cleaned.
Have to set box to scan and press “STOP” on the remote from memory

Who did you send it to for repair? Surely that's the first port of call.

Yeah it's radio remote. Will look at that. Where I sent for repair surely won't be open over the bank holiday??

On mine you set the control box to RF learn on the remote control settings in box, and then press stop on the remote. Once a code comes up on screen they have found each other, then set the box to RF.

Very much appreciated thanks. I'll give it a go shortly. I did put it on to learn at the weekend but didn't really know what to do when stop appeared on the screen. I knew I should have put the manual somewhere safe.?
