Have an intermittent problem with chamber pressure, sometimes the baler won’t recharge pressure in automatic mode and makes bales of all pressures, it’s run on power beyond, changed copper washers in valve block already but still problem, any ideas anyone? Can go days working fine then will start to play up

Have you tried not running baler in auto, and instead running baler through the headland management on the tractor, I'm guessing on your model baler you have full auto when baler does everything eg opening door as soon as knife drops , that's the bit when its not re pressuring back up im guessing, spool switching off to quickly. Trying to bale to quick, difficult unless you see it in action.
