Well there is a bunch of engineers at Malone busy working on additional models and other projects.

Not saying that’s what is happening in this case, have no experience with Malone at all, merely that badge engineering need not be buying a finished machine and repainting it.

Badge engineering certainly takes place but I don’t believe this is the case with the Malone tedder from what I saw.

I’ve had a tour of their factory , and the new area is massive , they are a brilliant young up and coming company. Really sound to deal with. They have great plans ahead . Great to see a private company take on the big boys and rattle them.

Agco now sell lely under the Fendt name, I doubt they would let someone else sell the same machine. It would be more likely be a patent that has run out. I might be totally wrong though.
