Mchale wrapper 991bc

Just bought a Mchale wrapper so know little of the blade setup..It's a 2000 model..It had the blade on cut and hold missing so person I bought it off gave a pack of blades with a bracket in it..It looks to me that one blade goes behind the two screws so no need for a bracket or am I missing something? Tia

The blade just sits in that plastic holder. Looks like they've given you a kit to replace the plastic holder. Guessing that's the type they use on the current wrappers.

Its not much holds them in pretty much grab the blade with a pair of pliers and push it in
