To my knowledge and I may we'll be wrong they are just cheapo foreign stuff rebranded.
That's not to say the cheapo foreign stuff may well be perfectly adequate.

However the price looks about what I'd expect to pay for a good used one of a better brand

Saw them at agri-expo and seem strong enough for the job and reasonable prices. They come with a warranty you won't get with a second hand one too.
They also do some larger flail toppers that someone on here may have some knowledge of.

We bought a verge mower all was good till we required spares. After 6 months of phoning and getting fobbed off have up.

Also depends on how many hours your going to be using it for?

Taken a look at Chapman Machinery? seen his mowers and there built to a good quality.

I used a friends Logic flail mower to mow alongside a footpath that has quite a few docks. I thought it was very underpowered. If there's a choice of engines, I'd go for the larger one
