Be preaching to the converted on here but some MSM outlets have picked up on Prof Ian Givens of Reading University warning girls aged 11- 18 that they are putting their health and the health of any child to be born from them at risk by not eating or not eating sufficient meat &/or dairy products that are stacked full of essential vitamins & minerals missing from plant based substitutes

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...ss-essential-nutrients-warns-food-expert.html

NHS also has some sensible advice

This is the sort of thing that needs teasing out of the anti-meat,. anti-dairy rhetoric

Itl mabe take a few years but when all these vegans that have or will have given up meat/milk to save the planet start to notice a health decline and possibly infertility theyl be back to eatin the proper stuf. The 1s that stick it out can tear away bein a rake shaft with problems conceiving and even gettin it up till they eventually waste away and kick the bucket.

Problem is, some of the health effects will be embedded by the time the diet is changed and maybe too late. All very sad, when it is easily rectified now.

This is a true story, told to me by the girl involved. She was a teenage vegetarian. After A levels she went to France to a school for gap year work experience. She ate the school meals, she did not shop and cook for herself. Few concessions to vegetarians 20 years ago. She admitted to eating mostly bread and pasta.
In the Easter holidays the school went skiing. She had a fall and broke both legs! The French doctors were very puzzled and concerned, and discovered that she was virtually suffering from osteoporosis which they put down to her nutrient poor diet.
She said that on return to England the first thing she ate was a bacon sandwich!
