Said it before and it still holds true, this is an effective way to jab the anti vaccers and refuseniks. Every last one of them. Call to their houses, ring the bell and when the open ….. have a nice day!

Not unusual. A Tanzanian won't get into Kenya without the yellow fever jab.
True. You need one to go from Kenya to South Africa but not Zimbabwe or Sudan. You need one to get into Thailand and India. When we were going to India the travel agent asked if we wanted the vaccination or just the certificate. Oops that doesn't bode well for Covid jabs. I am pretty sure anyone anywhere in the world will be ableto get a fake certificate if they want.

Possibly why HMG are only accepting certain means of proof, and ones that will be tougher to fake. Have a friend who was an early volunteer on one of the vaccine trials and even although it was subsequently approved and used, her pre-production jab isn’t enough to get the necessary.

The Kenya ones have been government administered however i’m not getting quadrupled vaccinated to meet UK standards.

I think that's wise.
There are some countries who are agreeing to contra-certificate, I’m reading. Apparently the French app will accept U.K. jabs, which can be a route into us getting EU “approval” still, if one wants to go to an event in Holland or something.

If Kenya is off the redlist i can travel without hotel quarantine which is good enough for me. I know i’m vaccinated so theoretically i’m not at risk nor is anyone coming into contact with me. However sooner or later the fear of outsiders which really nothing more than Government approved racism has to end. Especially when you know that the UKs infection levels are still higher than a lot of other countries.

I cannot believe people would allow themselves to continue to be treated like this.

They are being oppressed by their government but it is the consent of the majority that enables this.
Lockdowns are popular, restrictions that amount to paid holidays etc

Yes, calling it vaccine to trade on past vaccine successes and then going to the dictionary to change the definition of vaccine.
Bit like selling quorn as beef and then changing the definition of beef to include grown from fungus.
I mean you make lasagne out of both of them right?
You know who is a major funder of factcheck.org right? None other than J&J. Set up to dispel myths around vaccines. They sort of would, wouldn't they?

It won't be so popular soon when the cash cow runs out. I reckon so called fuel shortages to engage panic buying, threat of cancelled Xmas due to no turkeys is just softening up the UK for the next lock down. Worked before.

So. Back to Aus (since this thread was about here). Qld is held up as another bastion of righteousness of how to deal with outbreaks by a lot of leftwing do gooders here. The short sharp lockdowns it has imposed in the past have worked. (Pre delta). Now theres 2 clusters reported in Brisbane. No lockdown at this stage. Why would that be you ask, given both Victoria and NSW have seen upwards of 800 new cases daily (nsw on the way down from over 1200. Vic on the way up).
Well call me and 20 million other people cynical.....But it might just have something to do with a little sporting event called the NRL grandfinal being held in Brisbane this SUNDAY night, and a sold out ticketed sun Corp stadium........What a hypothetical bìtçh the QLD premier is.....Of course now she has set the path up for the future....cant have anymore lockdowns now can she??? Bloody pathetic, self centered big noting mole of a thing she is.
