whats the best medium depth primary cultivator for heavy land, sumo trio leaves it too rough & bumpy,
need to go in about 100 to 150mm, deal with lots of trash & leave a seedbed like finish ?

what model of sumo are you using and what are you pulling it with? forward speed is the key if your not bothered about the legs on a sumo an old set of heavy discs towing a press may be your best option

Kockerling vario will cope with any amount of trash you put in front of it
And leave a level finish cheap to run and last you a life time
Ours is 16 years old and still does 2000 acres a year with no issues
