Member Gator - coming home to lambing

As others have said, a huge loss to his family and the forum. His was one of the threads I always looked at every day to see if there was a new post. I have started reading his thread from the beginning and have got through the first 85 pages. The qualities of Gator as a successful farmer who farmed to a high standard and as a person shine through. I'm sure he was one of those people who you wanted to share a table with at the mart cafe for a bit of craic, share knowledge and come away feeling good. Sincere condolences to the family

I would just like to thank each and everyone of you for all your kind words regarding my dad. I wake up every morning wishing that this is all a very bad dream, but unfortunately it never is :cry::cry::cry: Needless to say he has most definitely left a massive hole in my heart. I feel so lost with out him. I’m currently feeling like Im way in out of my depth with everything. I’m nowhere near the farmer dad was but believe me when I say I am really really trying to do him proud.
So thank you all again for all of your kind words. It really means a lot xxx

Please do remember, it's okay not to be alright for a bit. Bereavement is traumatic, you can only do what you can do a step at a time, take time to grieve with the support of those around you.
My best wishes to you.
