I won't name them so don't breach there confidence but I'm sad to say number of long standing members no longer use this forum due to bickering and arguments
Start a fight in empty roomI always enjoyed john1594's silly comments. You'd always expected him to start an argument over nothing
Everyone's views are differentIt's no different to a pub, a wide circle of personalities and humours all with their opinions. Except a pub doesn't have a grammar nazi
I doubt anyone really gets offended to the point of leaving, Some things get taken the wrong way because it's printed word and impossible to tell the tone it's written in.
Other posts are clearly wrote with intent to ofend and it's shows how pathetic they are. Thankfully everyone can see these posts and it gives us all a chance to judge that character better.

I went for a night out in Newmarket with him about 3 years ago after spending a year arguing on various Facebook groups and actually it was a really good night, just don't mention GPSStart a fight in empty room
He should be able to nip down on the Fendt to see you, wouldn't cost him much in fuelYes I have lot respect for him make fun if want
People often get fed up with forums. I often think its like a party with people coming and going, some agree with, some you don't. You don't have talk or listen to them, but its often thought provoking to hear opinions different from your own.
I actually find this forum a breath of fresh air, and often laugh out loud funny. I have learnt a lot and I am still learning from people who have practical experience. It also has serious supportive side.
My advice is if you do not like how thread is going do not open it, if you do its like picking a scab, you will only make it bleed.
It would be sad to miss the brilliant 99% of this forum just because you do not get along with 1%.
folk come and go
read some old threads and you soon see some that don't post much any more
if you don't like some threads don't read them
if you don't like some members put them on ignore
Threads like these make me crack a wee smile, they appear on EVERY forum.
Everybody is entitled to their opinion and unfortunately sometimes these opinions differ from the next man.
People feel braver when sitting behind a keyboard so things are said on a forum that wouldn’t usually be said face to face. A bit like this thread really, I bet you wouldn’t stand up in a pub with thousands of people in it and shout ‘my mates are getting bullied so they aren’t drinking in here any more’
It’s forum life.

I must admit that humour seems to have left the forum lately and posts are more raw and to the point.

There is @Dr. Alkathene he's still around I think but doesn't have an avatar pic anymoreWas/is there an poster called alkathene? Seem to remember him being a good poster.
most members are fine when you meet them, I have met a fewI went for a night out in Newmarket with him about 3 years ago after spending a year arguing on various Facebook groups and actually it was a really good night, just don't mention GPS
Good postAdd a fair amount of this
A sprinkling of that
A dollop of this
a pinch of this
Mix well with the above, and it just about sums up forum life.
If you stick your head above the parapet expect with grace, at times, you will be shot at, please do not come crying.
If you post to be provocative or to create discussion, accept you may not like what you read, but the answers to the person writing will be just as valid to them as yours are to you.
Some things need moderating, but sometimes it is better to leave them as it gives new users a handle of another's way of thinking.
If you think flouncing off or a crafty name change will alter things you are wrong, your writing/attitude/opinions will always show through in the end.
Some should perhaps remember they are business men & women, and what you post may reflect on that.
If you want to leave, just dont sign in.
Accept we are all different, embrace it and we may all learn.
Every day is a school day.
Said a good poster, must have me mixed up with someone elseThere is @Dr. Alkathene he's still around I think but doesn't have an avatar pic anymore
You are a good poster we just don't recognise you anymoreSaid a good poster, must have me mixed up with someone else
That better @itsalwaysme ?You are a good poster we just don't recognise you anymore
It might be time to remind members that there is a REPORT post button at the bottom of each post, their really is no need for insults etc, and it does put people of posting on the forum.
There few posters on here who get rumbled for what they areGot rumbled
