Hello,

I’m a postgraduate Psychology student at the University of Aberdeen, and for my thesis I’m conducting research on mental health support within Scottish rural and farming populations.

I’m looking for:
  • farm owners, managers, workers, or contractors,
  • who live in Scotland, and
  • are 18 years or older.
This survey has 11 questions and will take a maximum of 20 minutes.
Your responses will help highlight how mental health support can be made more accessible and effective for Scottish farmers and rural populations. This is important to research as suicide rates in farming are among the highest of any occupational group.

If you’d be willing to participate, please click on the link above.
Thank you very much!

I will delete the post when the study closes, so until then, if anyone else would like to contribute to the study, responses would be greatly appreciated!
