How much are they paying you?

Probably £20pp.

Its how the "social media clubs" operate.

Get a proper club in that members have paid to join, any expenses (and there aren`t many) go through the books, & the landowner gets all the day's gate money. Easy really.

It's how we do it. :)

i have given up on detecting as i think the only winners are the organisers i have turned up to fields with green waste on or in no condition to detect on . only events i go to now are handled by ex servicemans groups where a lot of the money goes to help ex servicemen and ladies. And one thing that really annoys is the organisers saying they have checked the field and found a few coins so they get a free go (rant over)

I've thought about the 'free go' too!
