Mainly cultivation work. Main job will be pulling a Weaving GD drill, plus a bit of corn carting.
dont think the 7600 so called Golden Tractors have been all a bed of Roses for everyone. Thankfully i missed that series out altogetherWe are all well aware of your problems and those are 76 not 77 that’s like saying I had trouble with a (inset brand in 2010 ) so don’t buy one now they are sh!t
the 7.4lt sisu is the one mind once ya plus 200hp
Get the serial number and go to your local massey dealer and ask them to look back the warranty records. That will tell you if it's been good or bad up to now. If its had a lot done it may indicate a bad one. The dealers are normally good with that because if you buy it, they get the service and warranty work anyway.
i dont disagree but id cert not buy a used one with no warrantyIn the interest of balance
7618 10k hours. 4we pack at 9.5k hours
6495 12k hours. Elliptical gear at 11k hours. 3 grand t sort.
7726 4k hours never a spanner near it
All dyna 6. Just because some people on here have sexy fingers, do not think that are all bad.
All mine came used but yes I do like to buy with as low hours as possible so I know the history and if possible still with warranty again for historyi dont disagree but id cert not buy a used one with no warranty
one owner one driver tractors from new always the ones to look for of course.
Theres a bit of luck in the job mind.... some luckier than others of course. All mine came used.
Thank youIt’s not just speedstar that’s had issues with Dyna 6 tractors. We had 3 rotters consecutively. The last one wasn’t a dyna 6, it was a global.
The dyna VT is ok.
It might have the roof receiver but i'll bet it doesnt.. thats another £4/5k ontop.More questions, this is autosteer ready with a Fieldstar monitor. Do I just need a suitable receiver to get it going?
The later 77 tractors with 2 screens suffer from software problems with the gps systems in themMore questions, this is autosteer ready with a Fieldstar monitor. Do I just need a suitable receiver to get it going?
The gearbox in a 76 is the same as in a 77 , I can tell by by the way you write things you are only the bit behind the wheel and not the man footing the repair bills or the cheque to buy a new one , I like mf tractors but not that dyna 6 gearbox it is very poor , we run a dyna vt and it has been trouble free .We are all well aware of your problems and those are 76 not 77 that’s like saying I had trouble with a (inset brand in 2010 ) so don’t buy one now they are sh!t
Again none of ours haveThe later 77 tractors with 2 screens suffer from software problems with the gps systems in them
Wtf does that have to do with it your speaking from your experience as am I regardless of who foots the bill maybe you need to look at your “bits” behind the wheel a bit more closelyThe gearbox in a 76 is the same as in a 77 , I can tell by by the way you write things you are only the bit behind the wheel and not the man footing the repair bills or the cheque to buy a new one , I like mf tractors but not that dyna 6 gearbox it is very poor , we run a dyna vt and it has been trouble free .
